 Collura Design was hired to design a sheet metal clothing and shoes collection container while the company was designing a plastic container overseas. Once manufacturing began, the sheet metal container proved to be more cost effective than the plastic container which was put on hold indefinitely.

 Collura Design was hired to design a tool to assist in the dis-assembly of the ring gear rotor assembly of a Boeing CH-47 helicopter. The tool utilized hydraulic cylinders to separate the ring gear from the mounting plate. The tool saved the company many hours in dis-assembly time. 

  Collura Design was hired to design a specialized USB memory drive to resemble a spaceship from a popular TV series. The drive incorporated a retractable drive mechanism for non-use and a button to extend the drive for computer plug-in. The design was wildly accepted by the fans of the TV series.
